Hoolihan, a certified public accountant, has more than 20 years' experience in management and accounting. He started his career at Ernst & Young and also worked as director of financial reporting for IRE Financial and chief financial officer of Terranova Corp.

He most recently served as president of Abood & Associates Property Management. Hoolihan is known in commercial real estate for seminars on real estate financial principles and the financing and valuation of real estate in South Florida.

The company's services include commercial leasing and sale brokerage, property management, tenant representation, consulting and lease audits. The company's staff is acquainted with the needs of both large, institutional owners and investors; and smaller, local investors.

The new company managestThe 6855 Red Road Building, a 75,000-sf, six-story office building, which houses Baptist Health South Florida's administrative and executive offices and a Union Planters Bank branch, among other tenants.
