Seventy-five-year-old Mac-Gray Corp., based in Cambridge, MA, sells, leases and installs commercial laundry equipment. The company has 40 employees in Miramar Park of Commerce, and serves the South Florida region, spanning from the Florida Keys to Sebastian. The company had been sub-leasing space in the park for four years.
Miramar Park of Commerce has more than 4 million sf completed and is the biggest corporate park in Broward County.
