Mac-Gray Inks 18,490-SF Industrial Lease

MIAMI BEACH-The commercial laundry company, based in Cambridge, MA, signed a five-year deal estimated to be valued at $734,000 in Miramar Park of Commerce. For four years previously, the company had sub-leased space in the park.

MIAMI-Mac-Gray Corp. has leased 18,490 sf of office/warehouse space at 3810 Executive Way in Miramar Park of Commerce in Miramar, FL. The five-year deal is valued at an estimated $734,000, based on the average rental rate for the submarket in the year-end Broward County industrial report by Cushman & Wakefield.

Insignia/ESG broker Ron Berger, managing director of industrial services, represented Mac-Gray Corp. in the transaction. Maridee Bell and Carol Barany of the property owner and developer, Sunbeam Properties of Miami, represented the park.
