The company signed a mid-term deal leasing 12,627 sf with an estimated lease value of $320,000-plus, based on the average rental rate for the submarket in the year-end Broward County industrial report by Cushman & Wakefield.
This facility, which houses 20 workers, and a showroom set to open in May in Coral Gables, FL, will serve the South Florida area. Miramar Park of Commerce has more than 4 million sf completed and is the biggest corporate park in Broward County.
Tony Hoover of CB Richard Ellis in Boca Raton, FL, represented Herman Miller Workplace Resource of Florida in this transaction. Maridee Bell of Sunbeam Development, which developed Miramar Park of Commerce, represented the park.
