Key to the regeneration of the site is the creation of New Greenham Park, which has transformed 150 acres of the former airbase into a mixed-use business campus. This is now producing an income that is distributed to good causes and social projects through annual charitable awards.

Sir Peter Michael, Chairman of the Greenham Common Trust says: "When the Trust was formed in 1997, we had a bold vision of managing a business park in an innovative and exciting manner that would enable commerce to add to the wealth and prosperity of the wider community. This vision has been justified and we believe that New Greenham Park now provides a blue print for sustainable urban regeneration.
