In one deal, International Tires Corp., one of the largest tire distribution companies in the country, signed a 43,000-sf lease last week. The short-term lease is estimated to be valued at a little more than $600,000. Jose I. Juncadella, David Spillers and George Pino of Codina Realty Services represented the property owner, AMB Property.

In another deal, CEMUSA, which handles government contracts for Dade County, leased 16,865 sf of industrial space at 2118 NW 84th Ave. This mid-term deal has an estimated value of $590,275. Juncadella, Spillers and Pino represented AMB Property. Insignia ESG represented CEMUSA.

Also, the computer distribution company Microtel International inked a 12,552-sf lease at 1411 NW 84th Ave. The mid-term lease is worth an estimated $376,500. Juncadella, Spillers and Pino represented AMB Property. Gabe Menocal of Digiacomo Group represented Microtel International.
