In one deal, International Tires Corp., one of the largest tire distribution companies in the country, signed a 43,000-sf lease last week. The short-term lease is estimated to be valued at a little more than $600,000. Jose I. In another deal, CEMUSA, which handles government contracts for Dade County, leased 16,865 sf of industrial space at 2118 NW 84th Ave. This mid-term deal has an estimated value of $590,275. Juncadella, Spillers and Pino represented AMB Property. Insignia ESG represented CEMUSA.

Also, the computer distribution company Microtel International inked a 12,552-sf lease at 1411 NW 84th Ave. The mid-term lease is worth an estimated $376,500. Juncadella, Spillers and Pino represented AMB Property. Gabe Menocal of Digiacomo Group represented Microtel International.
