The property, built in 1984, is located at the southwest corner of Pines Boulevard and Hiatus Road, across the street from Pembroke Lakes Mall. The plaza, which is 100% leased, is anchored by Michael's Stores Inc., a large arts and crafts retailer.

"The sponsor chose Fidelity Federal Bank and Trust due to their flexibility and commitment to service," Rex said in a statement. "Refinancing out of a securitized transaction, my client required certain components for asset management and estate planning purposes. Fidelity Federal was able to structure a loan [that] satisfied the borrower's conditions.
