Dubbed a "lifestyle center," it will open with a roster of nationally and regionally recognized tenants. Among them are: Ann Taylor, Talbots, Banana Republic, Jos. A. Bank, Kitchen Kapers, Iron Hill Brewery, The Bombay Company, Chico's and Coldwater Creek.

Construction began on a fast track last November by the Philadelphia office of New York-based Jeffrey M. Brown Associates. The project included demolition of an existing center, construction of the new exterior shell and significant site improvements, including landscaping, utilities and storm water management capabilities.

JMB Associates also recently completed the one-million-sf Main Street at Exton on a 145-acre site in nearby Exton, PA, which is anchored by a 115,000-sf Sam's Club and a 160,000-sf Wal-Mart. Harborside Financial Center in Jersey City, NJ, and New York's FedEx City Station are also among the firm's current projects.
