Malvern, PA-based Liberty Property Trust is the building owner and among thelargest owners of office space in the valley. Matt Dorman of Allentown,PA-based Summit Management and Realty Co. represented New Horizons in thetransaction. Liberty was represented in house.

Terms of the lease are undisclosed. Brokers familiar with the Lehigh Valleyoffice market tell GlobeSt.com that while the average asking rental rate isabout $22 per sf, the taking rate averages about $19 per sf.

New Horizons operates 268 computer-training centers in 51 countries. It isreturning to the Lehigh Valley after a 15-year hiatus in that market,according to Shawn Mera, owner and president.
