Halls Returns to Colliers International as SVP

SAN DIEGO-Dixie Hall, a 20-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, returns to Colliers International as a senior vice president. She most recently was CEO of AptBiz.com, but previously had an 11-year affiliation with Colliers International.

SAN DIEGO-Colliers International has welcomed Dixie Hall back to its team, as the 20-year commercial real estate veteran has returned to the company to fill the position of senior vice president.

An investment specialist who focuses on multifamily properties, Hall was previously affiliated with Colliers International for 11 years. Prior to her return to the firm, Hall was working as the CEO of AptBiz.com, an interactive informational website for apartment owners and operators that she founded. In her new role at Colliers International, Hall will partner with veteran investment specialist and vice president Savvas Marinos, as well as marketing associate Andrew Luce.
