Cromwell Business Park's Building Seven Gets Underway

GLEN BURNIE, MD-Construction of building number seven, a 56,640-sf structure, has gotten underway at the 150-acre Cromwell Business Park in Anne Arundel County. Developer MIE Properties Inc. is spending $3 million to develop the building, which will carry the address of 797 Cromwell Park Dr. MIE vice president of marketing Jerry Witt tells GlobeSt.com that space will rent for $7.50 to $14 per-sf, modified gross. The developer is already close to securing leases on 30% of the building.

Situated off I-97 near the Baltimore-Washington International Airport, Cromwell Business Park will ultimately consist of 10 buildings offering a total of 520,000 sf of space. “We’ve had great success with Cromwell Business Park and are confident that the seventh building will lease quickly due to the high demand for flex space in the BWI vicinity,” MIE president and CEO Edward A. St. John says.
