"We are maximizing flexibility for our tenants because we are open to working with investors, business owners and leasing tenants," Lizet Fullerton, director of commercial real estate for BAP Realty, says in a statement.

The space is great for furniture stores, spas, cafes and medical service companies, according to a BAP spokesperson. Purchase prices are $250 per sf, and leasing rates are $25 per sf, plus expenses for retail space. The Aston's one- and two-bedroom condominiums are priced from $170,000, and 10 townhomes are priced at $225,500.

Completion of The Aston, located at 3000 SW 22nd St. (Coral Way), is set for May.
