Retail Space Part of New Condo Project

MIAMI-The 15-story, 226-unit condominium project The Aston, which is scheduled to be finished here in May, released 18,432 sf of space for purchase or lease. Purchase prices are $250 per sf, while leasing costs $25 per sf.

MIAMI-The Aston, a 15-story, 226-unit condominium project under construction here has released 18,432 sf of space for purchase or lease. BAP Development president and CEO Willy A. Bermello says the space has variety of tenants, including restaurants, shops and services.

“We are maximizing flexibility for our tenants because we are open to working with investors, business owners and leasing tenants,” Lizet Fullerton, director of commercial real estate for BAP Realty, says in a statement.
