.The final phase includes two office buildings of 68,000 and 33,000 sf, over five and four storeys with 143 car parking spaces. Scarborough Development Group development director Jason Rockett said: "Senate will provide occupiers with the opportunity relocate to a high profile, modern efficient building without having to move out of town. We are already in discussion with a number of potential occupiers, and expect significant interest."
