John Pergolin Jr. formerly served as VP of commercial lending atBlue Ball National Bank, Blue Ball, PA. He has 15 years of experience andwill head RMB's Chester County commercial real estate lending efforts.
James Carney, a 20-year veteran of commercial lending, comes fromWilmington, DE-based Wilmington Savings Fund Society's WSFS Bank where he wasresponsible for financing commercial real estate projects. He also served as deputystate banking commissioner under Delaware Gov. Thomas Carper.
RMB, Thistle Group's principal subsidiary, operates throughout the countiesof Philadelphia, Montgomery, Chester and Delaware in PA and in Wilmington,DE.
