"With this promotion, Robert and Ken will provide the company with a key component in our ability to increase revenue and productivity," Timothy Moore, president of Stiles Construction, says in a statement.

Fernandez was senior project manager for Codina Construction Corp. in Miami before he joined Stiles in 1998. He has more than 16 years of experience in management, general contracting, estimating and business development.

Fernandez is now responsible for managing projects to which he is assigned throughout the design cost control process. He also works on business development in the Southeast.
