Fernandez was senior project manager for Codina Construction Corp. in Miami before he joined Stiles in 1998. He has more than 16 years of experience in management, general contracting, estimating and business development.
Fernandez is now responsible for managing projects to which he is assigned throughout the design cost control process. He also works on business development in the Southeast.
Previously, Miggins worked for Coastal Construction in Miami, and Beauchamp Construction in Coral Gables, FL--where he worked in preconstruction and project management for commercial and residential projects. He has more than 15 years of experience in preconstruction management and project management.
Miggins is responsible for managing projects throughout the design cost control and competitive bid process at Stiles, and works closely with the business development divisions in Fort Lauderdale and Tampa.
