The 27-story office tower, built in 1956, is set between Exchange Place and Wall St. The New York Stock Exchange is the building's largest tenant, occupying 348,000 sf of the 466,000-sf building. Retail tenants at the property include the Bank of New York.
Vornado Realty Trust is a fully integrated REIT which owns and manages approximately 75 million sf of real estate. The company's office portfolio comprises 21 New York City buildings, which it owns all or a portion of, totaling about 14.3 million sf.
