Zoll Medical Takes 160,000 SF for HQ

CHELMSFORD, MA-Zoll Medical Corp. is moving its corporate headquarters from Burlington to Quorum Office Park at 269 and 271 Mill Rd. where it is leasing 160,000 sf. The deal is a long-term sublease from Tellabs.

CHELMSFORD, MA-In a deal that breathes new life into an otherwise struggling market, Zoll Medical Corp. has signed a long-term sublease for 160,000 sf of office and manufacturing space for their corporate headquarters at Quorum Office Park which is located on 269 and 271 Mill Rd.

The company is relocating from Burlington, where it had been headquartered for the last 10 years, to accommodate its continued growth. “We are looking forward to establishing our new headquarters in Chelmsford and expect a smooth transition,” says Ed Dunn, VP of operations for the company.

Brian Hines, principal and Michael Dalton, VP of Trammell Crow Company represented Zoll Medical in the transaction while John Wilson and Brian McKenzie, both partners at Richards Barry Joyce & Partners represented the sublessor, Tellabs. Mike Cantalupa and Jeff Lowenberg represented property owner Boston Properties.
