B&J is now preparing to move into 15,568-sf of office and showroom space at 525 Seventh Ave. this September. The 15-year lease is set in the Fashion Center Building, between 38th and 39th streets, which is home to other high-end designers such as Nicole Miller, Badgley Mishka and Jason Tynan & Co.

The offices, which feature floor-to-ceiling windows, were formerly occupied by CopyCats Industries. The asking rent for space was $39 per sf.

Arthur Spitalnick and Joey Friedman of Adams & Co. Real Estate LLC represented B&J Fabrics. Mark Horowitz and Bob Savitt of Kaufman Adler Realty represented the landlord, 525 Seventh Ave., in the transaction. The building is currently 90% occupied.
