IKON Signs 12,420-SF Relocation Sublease

SUNRISE, FL-The Malvern, PA-based office equipment supplier is moving about 60 employees to the 105,487-sf Saw-Ban Office Building here in a 30-month sublease valued at $498,042, or $16.04 per sf.

SUNRISE, FL-IKON Office Solutions Inc., a global office equipment supplier based in Malvern, PA, has inked a sublease for 12,420 sf of office space in the Saw-Ban Office Building in Sunrise, FL. The lease is a relocation of the company’s local offices; about 60 workers are making the move.

The 30-month lease is valued at $498,042, or $16.04 per sf. The property is located at 1401 N.W. 136th Ave. and has a total of 105,487 sf.
