The Boston-based tenant was represented in the transaction by Robert Bull of Julien J. Studley Inc.'s Edison, NJ office. The property owner, an affiliate of the Asbury, NJ-based J.G. Petrucci Inc., was represented in-house.

"By restructuring New England Life's lease, we were able to reduce the firm's rent for the remaining two years of its current lease," according to Bull. "We were also able to lock in today's rental rate for an additional three years."
