Totaling 199,880 sf, the building is located at 5900 NW 97th Ave. It is not being leased, but is a spec condo development that's being sold to multiple buyers. Alliance Commercial of Miami is exclusively marketing the property.

The building joins 45.85 million sf of total inventory in the Airport West submarket of the Miami-Dade County industrial market, according to Cushman & Wakefield's first-quarter report. The Miami-Dade industrial market remained relatively flat first quarter, with the overall vacancy rate staying the same, 9.4%, in the first quarter as in the same period last year.
