The two-story steel frame and brick building sits on about eight acres at 3742 Tyndale St. The building owner is Sierra Crest Equities LLC of Sacramento, CA.

Earlier in the year, Orgill completed $22 million in sale-leaseback transactions for distribution centers totaling 1.5 million sf. Those buildings included a 669,000 sf distribution center in Memphis that incorporated Orgill's former headquarters, a 477,000 sf distribution center in Inwood, WV, and a 360,000 sq ft. distribution center in Tifton, GA.

The brokers representing the tenant in all three transactions were Rich Sica and George Roberts of DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services. Sierra Crest was represented by Dennis Hartsough of Pineview Investments.
