Law Firm Relocates to Premiere Property at 1701 Pennsylvania

WASHINGTON, DC-Law firm Bruder, Gentile & Marcoux has decided to return to its roots, so to speak. The legal team of energy regulatory law specialists has committed to relocating its offices from 1100 New York Ave. to a 12,250-sf space in the class A building at 1701 Pennsylvania Ave. owned by Grosvenor. It was back in 1976 that Bruder Gentile got its start in an office building across the street from its newest location. According to Trammell Crow Co., the real estate services firm that handles management and leasing activity for the 187,000-sf property, office space generally leases for $45 per-sf. Bruder Gentile relied on Randall Hagner Ltd. as its representation in the transaction.

Located on the corner of Pennsylvania Ave. and 17th St, Bruder Gentile’s new home sits adjacent to The White House and the Old Executive Office Building. With the law firm’s recent commitment, the 12-story tower, which was built in 1963 and completely renovated in 1990, is now leased to 97% capacity.
