Stuart Scott of Daum's Camarillo office says the communications firm will be expanding by nearly twofold when it moves to the new building from nearby Westlake Village. Scott represented buyers Uri Yulzari and James A. Tranovich, principals of WV Communications, with Doug and Mike Wax of Industrial Park Associates in Woodland Hills representing Hydelco Electronics.

Scott says WV is slated to move into the new facility June 1. The company's new headquarters will be 1176 Tourmaline Dr., where it will employ approximately 35 workers.

WV Communications, established in 1999, designs and manufactures satellite communications for military and commercial applications. The new facility is a concrete tilt-up structure with 8,200 sf of office and laboratory space. Tranovich, a vice president and director at the company, says the firm was "out of space" in Westlake Village and needed room to grow.
