According to Scheer Partners, the real estate services firm charged with handling leasing activity on behalf of property owner The JBG Cos., space in the building rents for $25 per-sf. "We are pleased to be able to continue our relationship with SHS at Woodglen Park through this expansion and relocation," says JBG principal Sharon Oliver.

Located at the corner of Rockville Pike and Nicholson Lane, 11420 was developed over three decades ago and underwent a significant renovation process in 1991. It is just one of four buildings that make up the Woodglen Park business compound, which is part of a massive redevelopment endeavor spearheaded by JBG.
