Ronald Schrager was appointed chief operating officer of LNR. He has been with the company for 11 years, and for the last six years, he has been president of the Real Estate Finance and Servicing Division, which manages LNR's special servicing and commercial mortgage-backed securities investments.
Robert Cherry has been appointed chief investment officer of LNR. For the past eight years, Cherry mainly has been responsible for acquiring and financing LNR's commercial mortgage-backed securities and high-yield real estate debt investments.
David Team has been named president of the U.S. Commercial Property Group, where he will manage LNR's domestic investments in real estate. Before this job, Team managed the company's western regional commercial property operations for the last nine years.
