LNR Property Corp. Promotes 4 Executives

MIAMI-Ronald Schrager has been named COO, Robert Cherry has been appointed chief investment officer, David Team has become president of the U.S. Commercial Property Group, and Mark Griffith was named president of the company's European operations.

MIAMI-LNR Property Corp., a publicly traded real estate investment, finance and management company based here has promoted several key officers. The executives now fill the posts of COO, chief investment officer, president of the U.S. Commercial Property Group, and president of European operations.

Ronald Schrager was appointed chief operating officer of LNR. He has been with the company for 11 years, and for the last six years, he has been president of the Real Estate Finance and Servicing Division, which manages LNR’s special servicing and commercial mortgage-backed securities investments.

Robert Cherry has been appointed chief investment officer of LNR. For the past eight years, Cherry mainly has been responsible for acquiring and financing LNR’s commercial mortgage-backed securities and high-yield real estate debt investments.
