Cramer and his fellow commission members are responsible for investigating and improving dwelling conditions in the city of San Diego. They also review and make recommendations on matters before the Housing Authority.
A Point Loma resident, Cramer is director, officer and principal at Olmstead, Cramer & Pizzuto, a law firm that specializes in financing for affordable housing, real estate and commercial matters. He holds a BA in political science from Stanford University and a law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of Law.
In addition to serving on the San Diego Housing Commission, Cramer is also involved with the Business Roundtable for Education. A current member of the organization, he previously held the position of chair. Cramer is also a former board member of the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce.
