Cutcher has worked in property management for six years. Projects she has managed include beachfront and commercial high rise properties. Cutcher's responsibilities include implementing programs to generate new leads for clients' properties. Tasman notes that Cutcher will assist with the recent influx of business that the firm has experienced in the retail and office leasing sectors.

In addition, Grubb & Ellis | VIP, based in Fort Myers, recently opened a new office at 3561 Bonita Bay Blvd. in Bonita Springs, FL. And the company reported that sales rose 26% to more than $30.5 million in the first quarter, compared with $24.2 million the same quarter last year.
