NEW YORK CITY-Vornado Realty, one of the city's largest office building owners, has placed 2 Park Ave. on the market.
Woody Heller, a sales broker with Insignia/ESG, has been hired to market the property for Vornado. He expects 2 Park Ave. to sell for approximately $300 million or $300 per sf.It might not be on the market too long. "There is strong interest in the property," Heller notes.
