Rob Branson Inc. manufactures decorative stone and marble largely for high-end homebuilding. The company was a tenant in the building before the new lease was signed, occupying 8,400 sf. It expanded to a total of about 26,400 sf.
The two leases have relatively close termination dates, according to Jeff Kelly, a broker involved in the new transaction. The space is located at 4726 NW 2nd Ave. in an individual warehouse building. The multi-tenant building is 100% occupied. The property owner is Gulfside Supply Inc.
Kelly, senior vice president with the Palm Beach County office of CB Richard Ellis Inc., represented Gulfside Supply in the lease.
