The two buildings are 1600 Market St. and 1525 Locust St. The Market St. building is a 39-story, 825,000-sf office tower built in 1983. It is currently 96% leased. Among its tenants are PNC Bank, The Wyatt Co., and the law firm of Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP.

The Locust St. property is a 19-story building with 105,600 sf of office space. It was built in 1989 and is currently 89% leased. Designed to give small companies full-floor identity, it has about 5,500 sf per floor.
