Flattery served as senior property manager for the company's Philadelphia business unit. There she was responsible for more than 1.7 million sf of office and retail space. Before she joined Trammell Crow last year, she worked for six years as senior property manager with The JBG Cos. and Trizechahn Office Properties in Washington, D.C. She also has been vice president of Cary Winston Co. in Washington, D.C.

Flattery received is a member of the National Institute of Real Estate and has a Professional Community Association Manager designation. Also, she is completing coursework to receive Real Property Administrator and Certified Property Manager designations.
