Herndon has been charged with picking up where former real estate vice president Charles Stipancic left off when he exited the position after an 18-month stint. Herndon will handle all activities pertaining to US Airways' commercial real estate portfolio, ranging from ticketing locations to corporate office space. Prior to his present appointment, Herndon operated an aviation consulting practice in Fayetteville, GA.
