Vintage, a multifamily development firm that owns and manages more than 5,000 units, will occupy the entire building with the exception of the ground floor, which will continue to be leased by a high-end Japanese restaurant. The new location will house Vintage's entire 40-person team with additional room for future expansion, according to Gary Podell, the company's managing director.
Vintage was self-represented in the deal. OCS America was repped by Beson & Associates.The real estate firm was previously located at 29 West 30th St. Its new offices, set between Fifth and Madison avenues, will serve as the corporate headquarters.
