The 24-story, ultra-exclusive boutique condominium project is being built at 10225 Collins Ave. The project will feature 81 estate-sized homes that range from 3,000 sf of living space with Intracoastal views, to 4,000 sf with oceanfront with, to penthouses with between 6,000 sf and 9,000 sf.

The residences have pre-construction prices of $1 million to $8 million. The sales center is located on site.

The developer is renowned South Florida developer Martin Z. Margulies of Miami, and Bellini on the Ocean is his newest project. The project brings Margulies, who specializes in luxury condos, back to this area in Bal Harbour.
