Law Firm Takes 96,200 SF at Kilroy Complex

DEL MAR, CA-Fish & Richardson P.C. inks a lease with Kilroy Realty Corp. for the REIT's entire 72,332-sf office facility located at 12390 El Camino Real, as well 23,886 sf of office space in its 12340 El Camino Real building.

DEL MAR, CA-Kilroy Realty Corp. has secured a new tenant for space in its two-building complex located on El Camino Real in the Del Mar submarket of San Diego, as Fish & Richardson P.C. has agreed to take a total of 96,200 sf there..

The law firm plans to occupy the complex’s entire 72,332-sf office facility located at 12390 El Camino Real, as well as 23,866 sf of office space in the property’s other building that stands at 12340 El Camino Real. As a result of Fish & Richardson’s 15-year lease, the 161,500-sf project is now 60% occupied. Although terms of the agreement were not disclosed, Kilroy SVP Tyler H. Rose tells GlobeSt.com that monthly rents here range between $2.50 to $3 per sf on a modified growth basis.
