The company occupies an additional 65,000 sf across the street in the same park. Gribetz Manufacturing, which has been a tenant for three years, used the extra 23,477 sf of space for research and development, broker Harry Tangalakis tells GlobeSt.com. Tangalakis, senior vice president with the Palm Beach County office of CB Richard Ellis Inc., represented AMB/NDP Local LP in the transaction.

The company extended its lease in the smaller space by a year in a deal valued at about $167,000, or about $7.20 per sf.
