NAI Property Partners provides landlord and tenant representation services in all sectors, as well as investment advisory services, valuation and appraisal, finance and insurance brokerage, project management, asset and facilities management. NAI says the firm's consultancy services department is retained as a preferred service provider for valuation and appraisal services by a number of banks, leasing companies, insurance companies and financial institutions.

NAI Europe VP David Perry says the firm's extensive contacts in central and Eastern Europe "will help us to further develop our activities in these emerging markets and to offer additional services… ."

During the first quarter of 2003, NAI Property Partners negotiated leases for HVB Romania's retail bank branch network in Bucharest, Brasov and Constanta; completed land acquisitions for BMW's dealership network, Rewe supermarkets and Rompetrol gas stations; and negotiated industrial distribution space for SC Altex, Embourg Foods and Henkel on the behalf of its exclusive client, the Astra Industrial Park in Bucharest.
