The other four tenants, which include Larry Tucker, East Coast Investments and J.D. Hayden and Co., occupy approximately 15,000 sf of the Montvale property. Winebow will occupy the balance of the building.
Winebow's portfolio contains over 3,000 wines from all over the world distributed in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The company also acts as a US importer of Italian wines and this portfolio, which is distributed nationally, includes wines from over 75 Italian producers.
