MONTVALE, NJ-Winebow Inc. purchased 75 Chestnut Ridge Rd. here from International Paper for $5.49 million or $87 per sf. The 63,113 sf, three-story building will serve as the wine importer’s headquarters. The move allows the company to utilize the entire 85,000 sf at 22 Hollywood Ave. in Hohokus as warehouse space. That property is cut into the side of a hill and allows for climate control for the wines. Richard Van Houten, Jr. president of Van Houten Group LLC represented Winebow, while Cushman and Wakefield represented International Paper.

The other four tenants, which include Larry Tucker, East Coast Investments and J.D. Hayden and Co., occupy approximately 15,000 sf of the Montvale property. Winebow will occupy the balance of the building.
