Redner's, based in Reading, PA, operates 34 warehouse-type supermarkets and11 convenience stores throughout eastern PA and eastern NY. SuperValu, whichis the nation's leading food distributor, is Redner's lease guarantor at thislocation.

Kramont owns, operates, manages or has under development 91 properties withan aggregate of approximately 11.6 million sf in 15 states. It specializesin neighborhood and community shopping centers and 75% of its properties aregrocery-, drug-, or value store-anchored.
