Metropolis at Dadeland is a new project whose ground-breaking is planned for early June. The residential urban development will consist of two 25-story towers with 400 units and a variety of residences that will include lofts, one-and two-bedroom-plus-den units and penthouses.
Metropolis is being developed by Pedro Martin on approximately two acres. The project's exclusive sales agent is Cervera Real Estate.
Downtown Dadeland, a $140 million mixed-use re-urbanization project, will consist of 416 moderately priced condominiums and 112,000 sf of retail space on 7.5 acres in a village setting of seven buildings, each four to seven stories tall.
The developers of Downtown Dadeland are Jackson Ward and Stefan Johansson. The exclusive sales agent is Esslinger-Wooten-Maxwell.
"The success of our project is due in great part to the forward-thinking brokers who understand the importance of the re-urbanization process of the Dadeland area," according to Johansson.
Alicia Cervera Jr., president of Related Cervera Realty Services and chairperson of the Master Brokers Forum said, "The development of downtown Kendall's first new major residential condominiums offers an exciting opportunity for buyers whose huge response to both of these projects have exceeded the developers' expectations.
