LONDON-Terrace Hill Group has started work on a £18 million ($30 million) mixed-use development at Queen Elizabeth park in Guildford, Surrey. The scheme comprises a 11,200-sf Budgens foodstore; a 25,500-sf Esporta health and fitness club and a 6,500-sf Academy nursery. There will also be 42,500 sf of freehold offices available in a small units.

A first phase of 18,500 sf in 13 office units is being built on a speculative basis and these will be available to buy towards the end of this year. The other elements of the scheme will be completed simultaneously.
