The Beach Club will feature units ranging in size from 1,086 sf to 2,078 sf. The one- and two-bedroom homes also each have a den that may be used as an extra bedroom.
The project will be located at 1850 S. Ocean Drive, less than a mile from the world-famous Diplomat Country Club and Resort. The tower is being built on one of the last oceanfront sites remaining in that area.
Construction on the project is planned to start in July, and completion is scheduled for late in 2005. Prices range from $300,000 to $800,000, and more than 50% of the units have sold in less than three months.
