$28M Senior Housing Complex Nears Completion

SAN DIEGO-The development, known as Market Square Manor, is approximately 75% built-out with completion slated for this summer. The complex will bring 200 affordable apartment units to the East Village's senior population.

SAN DIEGO-Direly needed affordable housing units will soon be available to 200 East Village seniors, as work is wrapping up on the new Market Square Manor residential development that is rising on the corner of 14th and Market Street in downtown.

The project is approximately 75% built-out, with move-ins expected to begin in August of this year. When completed, the development will house 98,250 sf of residential space and 20,000 sf of commercial space. It will feature a central kitchen, dining facility, recreation rooms, outdoor courtyards, park, administration space and onsite parking for 30 vehicles.
