Cushman & Wakefield Adds to Alliance

NEW YORK CITY-New members in Baltimore and Columbus, Ohio and Pittsburgh have been added to the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance. The Alliance now has 14 members in key secondary markets nationally. The new members are: MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate, which serves the Baltimore metropolitan area; Columbus Commercial Realty, (formerly the Welch Co.) which operates in Columbus, Ohio; and Grant Street Associates, which serves the Pittsburgh metropolitan area.

The addition of Baltimore gives us East Coast coverage and Pittsburgh and Columbus give us key mid-west markets. They’ll all be important parts of our total platform.”
