The sellers are a locally based family that has owned the property for 20 years. The transaction was completed with seller financing.

Kalidave plans to lease the property either to a single tenant or break it into one 3,000-sf, and two 4,000-sf spaces. The building is located at the corner of Westtown and Market Sts. with easy access to Rte. 3, the West Chester Pike. It is zoned for a variety of uses, including automotive and retail.

Devon, PA-based Prestige Group Inc., headed by Richard Natow, president, handled the listing side of the transaction. Jack Schultz, senior sales associate at Prestige, was responsible for the listing and marketing of the building.
