"The buyer was looking to invest in a high-quality property located in a diversely populated area," says Larry Walshaw, senior advisor for Irvine, CA-based Sperry Van Ness. Walshaw negotiated for the seller. Mike Austin, senior vice president, Sperry Van Ness, represented the buyer.

The tilt-wall constructed building sits on 2.25 acres in one of Jacksonville's fastest-growing sectors in the Interstate 295 corridor. Millennium's tenants include Pittsburgh Paints, Mattress One, Venus Swimwear, Computer Renaissance and Custom Kids.
